What is Gossip Galore?

This demonstrator accessible via this website shows Gossip Galore, a virtual companion for gossip about the music world and beyond. The agent is based on robust hybrid question and request analysis, using a combination of semantic-driven deep analysis with shallow robust methods and chat bot technology. Data from different Internet sources are stored in a semantic, ontology-driven knowledge base. This knowledge base can be queried in natural language using a semantic-based search and answer retrieval backbone, which has the capacity to ask clarification questions and to give approximate answers.
