generation of pronunciation lexica, modeling of dialectal language varieties, phonetic encoding, prosodic correlates of information structure, segment duration.
Computational Linguistics:
automatic detection of morphological structure, part-of-speech tagging, semantic annotation.
Syntax/Semantics:
interfaces between syntax and semantics/formal pragmatics, information structure, scalar implicatures, negative polarity items.
Phonology:
primitives of phonological representation, phonology of German and dialectal varieties.
Phonetics:
interface between phonological/symbolic encoding and phonetic interpretation, manifestation of structural properties in prosody.
