Submission Modalities for Post-Proceedings Papers

Paper Content

  • Please do take the opportunity to improve upon the version contained in the working notes, taking into account:
    • issues and requests for clarifications raised with respect to your own presentation;
    • related topics introduced by other author's work; as well as
    • any other discussions of relevance to your work that took place (officially and offline) at (and after) ESAW'03
  • We would like to encourage you to expand the text and add references accordingly, wherever you feel that such changes will improve accessibility of your ideas significantly, and also make the ESAW'03 volume a more coherent and complete book.

Paper Format

  • Please consult the LNCS/LNAI instructions for authors. You have to understand that we have to ask for as strict obeyance of the guidelines as possible, and that we may have to reject submissions in case of significant failure to do so. By conforming to the guidelines you will contribute in an important way to the overall quality of the volume, and also greatly help the work of the Editors.
  • Contributions must not exceed 20 pages
  • Submissions have to be printable on a standard black-and-white printer. Please verify on a hardcopy of the final version of your contribution.

Submission Procedure

  • Submit your final version in a timely fashion, i.e., if possible before the deadline.
  • Please collect all source files (see LNCS instructions for authors) into a single archive file (ZIP or compressed tar archive), and send it as an e-mail attachment to:

    Andrea Omicini <aomicini@deis.unibo.it>

  • In particular, make sure the required hardcopy material (see instructions for authors) also reaches its destination on time! The snail-mail address for manuscripts and copyright forms is:

    Prof. Andrea Omicini
DEIS, Università degli Studi di Bologna
    via venezia 52
    I-47023 Cesena
    Italy
