Our research is devoted to new computer-supported lyrical forms. The work results from crossing musical composition, philosophy and computer-aided music -what we propose is based on a project of a CD-ROM opera.
In this position paper, we first recall a few aspects of our work, by giving a short summary of our AAAI-98 contribution, entitled "Towards new lyrical forms". We then ask a few questions raised by various aspects of our research. Finally, we relate our latest results.
