Submission Modalities and Dates for Camera-Readies of Accepted Papers
Paper Format
- Contributions must not exceed 14 pages and
should be formatted according to the LNCS/LNAI
style guide (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html).
- Only electronic submission of final papers is allowed.
- Final papers are accepted as documents in PDF
or gzip-compressed PostScript only, the PDF
format is strongly preferred over PostScript.
- Submissions have to be printable on a standard
black-and-white printer on common paper formats
such as DIN A4 or US letter. Please use a PostScript
previewer such as GhostView to check the portability of PostScript
documents.
- The only acceptable compression formats for
final papers are the gzip and ZIP formats.
- Your contribution has to be named
ESAW02_Firstauthor.pdf or
ESAW02_Firstauthor.ps.gz, according to the file format
used (e.g.: ESAW02_Petta.pdf for a submission in PDF
format).
Uploading Procedure
- Upload your final paper, in either PDF (preferred) or gzipped or ZIPped PostScript format, using your tracking number and authorization code.
- Tracking number and authorization code allow to upload modified versions of the submission.
- Please use the tracking number in all future correspondance about your paper.

Working Notes and Post-Proceedings
Accepted papers will be collected in the ESAW'02 Working Notes.
Working Notes with all accepted contributions will be available at the
workshop.
Extended versions of selected papers presented at the workshop - incorporating
the results of reviews and the discussions - will be published in the workshop's
post-proceedings. As for the earlier workshop editions (LNAI 1972,
LNAI 2203), post-proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag, as
a volume of the Lecture Notes on Artificial Intelligence series.
